Pesa Plan ("the App") is a budgeting and personal finance planning application designed to help you track and plan your money. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information.

2. Data collection

Short version: Pesa Plan does not collect or transmit your personal data to our servers or third parties. All data stays on your device.

Details:

• The App stores budgeting data, categories, transactions, notes, and preferences locally on your device.
• We do not require an account, email address, phone number, or sign-in to use the core features of the App.
• No analytics, crash reporting, or remote logging is enabled by default.

3. Local storage

All information you enter into Pesa Plan is saved locally on your device using the device's secure storage mechanisms (for example, the app's private storage space). This means:

• Your data remains on your device and is not uploaded to any server.
• Backups created by your device (for example, OS-level backups) may include your app data depending on your device settings — please consult your device backup settings if you wish to exclude app data from backups.

4. Device permissions

The App may request permissions that are necessary for device-specific features. Examples include:

• Optional permission to read/write files if you export or import budgets as files.

Permissions are optional and described at the point of request. Granting a permission enables the related feature; denying it will not allow that feature to run but will not impact other App functionality.

5. Third-party services

Pesa Plan does not integrate third-party analytics or advertising SDKs by default. If you enable any optional feature that uses a third-party service (for example, a cloud backup or a sharing feature), that feature will clearly explain what is shared and ask for your consent before anything is transmitted.

6. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect data stored on your device. Because data is stored locally, standard device security (PIN, biometrics, encryption) plays an important role in protecting your information.

Please keep your device secure and up-to-date. If you lose access to your device or it is compromised, we cannot remotely delete or recover App data.

7. Children's privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child provided information in the App, contact us to request removal guidance.
